Shipping Policy

At Oria Labs, we carefully prepare and ship every order to ensure your skincare products arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. During product launches, promotional periods, or unusually high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been processed are:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Australia and New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 8–20 business days

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal services, customs processing, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier and may occasionally take additional time to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the package has been shipped.

Oria Labs is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address submitted by the customer.

Shipping Delays

Although we work closely with our shipping partners to provide reliable delivery, occasional delays may occur because of:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Severe weather

  • Public holidays

  • High seasonal shipping volumes

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

Oria Labs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer. Oria Labs does not control or determine these charges.

We recommend contacting your local customs authority for more information before placing an international order.

Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Oria Labs is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check around your property and any secure delivery areas.

  2. Ask household members or neighbors whether they accepted the package.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

  4. Allow an additional 1–2 business days, as some packages may be marked as delivered shortly before their actual arrival.

Please contact our support team if you still require assistance. We will review the available shipping information and help you communicate with the carrier where possible.

Separate Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. In this situation, you may receive more than one tracking number and the packages may arrive on different dates.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees when an order is divided into multiple shipments.
